To ensure patient safety and comply with health regulations, all prescription medication orders require a valid medical slip. Our automated upload tool is currently undergoing an optimization update, but you can securely submit your prescription directly to our pharmacy via email by following the simple steps below.
Step 1: Capture a Clear Photo or Document Scan
Take a well-lit, clear photo or create a PDF scan of your physical physical **Prescription (Rx)**. Please make sure that the **Doctor’s signature, clinic stamp, patient name, date, and medicine dosages** are fully visible and readable so our pharmacists can verify them without delays.
Step 2: Note Down Your Order Details
If you have already submitted your order request at checkout, please grab your **Magento Order Number** or your registered **Patient ID**. Including this information ensures your paperwork is instantly matched to your package layout.
